Below, we outline a series of key aspects regarding your participation in the event, with the aim of facilitating access as much as possible and ensuring a smooth and comfortable arrival experience.
General access
Your ticket includes information regarding your access gate, sector, row, and seat. Entry to the stadium will be through a turnstile system, so you will need to present your ticket in either digital or printed format to gain access.
To avoid congestion and facilitate arrival at the stadium, we recommend using public transport. Both EMT buses and the Madrid Metro will be operating enhanced services during the event.
In addition, the west and south parking areas of the stadium will be available until full capacity is reached. Given the limited parking space, we strongly recommend using public transport whenever possible.
Access for people with reduced mobility (PRM)
In case of reduced mobility or if you are accompanying someone in this situation, please follow these instructions:
Contact the organization in advance by replying to this email to receive the necessary assistance.
On the day of the event, go to the incident cylinder located in front of Gate 17 to exchange your ticket.
Once the exchange has been completed, access to the stadium will be through Gate 27, specifically designated for PRM guests and companions.
Our team will be available to facilitate access and ensure maximum comfort throughout the event.
Security
Please find below some mandatory security rules:
Players may access the stadium with cloth bags or backpacks to carry bottles of up to 1 liter and a sandwich for hydration and nutrition purposes.
West stand attendees (families and general public) may bring one sandwich and one bottle of water up to 500 ml, without a cap.
For safety reasons, entry with metal or glass containers, as well as any throwable objects, flares, or smoke bombs, is not permitted.
Re-entry into the stadium will not be allowed once you have exited.
Incident support
Incident ticket booths will be located at counters Y and Z in the cylinder in front of Gate 17, from 19:00 to 21:45.
Services for attendees
The stands will have food and beverage concession services available for all attendees (paid service).
Until the day of the event, the MADCUP support team will be available to answer any questions or resolve any issues.

To ensure the proper running and enjoyment of the event, all attendees are kindly requested to maintain respectful behavior at all times in accordance with community standards. Any message, chant, expression, or attitude that incites violence or implies discrimination, threats, or harassment on the grounds of origin, race, religion, disability, age, sex, or sexual orientation will not be permitted.
Furthermore, this is a smoke-free event; smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the stadium.
