Fifty euros (50) per player, to be paid by their clubs.

Minimum registration per team:

a) 7-a-side soccer: 11 players
b) 11-a-side soccer: 16 players

Teams who will travel directly to the tournament from their usual place of residence each day.

The tournament registration fee for teams who opt for accommodation not provided by the organizing committee will be 100 euros per player.

We offer a bus transfer service at competitive prices (*).

(*) The prices advertised are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate. If the applicable VAT rate changes, the price will be updated.
(**) Entry fee: in EU countries, if you are registered in the VIES database, an exemption will apply in accordance with tax legislation.

Registration regulations

· According to their preference, teams may choose to register without accommodation, with accommodation provided by the organizing committee, or with their own accommodation.

· Subject to availability, teams will be able to choose the accommodation that they stay in. To secure a reservation, they must pay the stipulated amount.

· The allocation of the players to double, triple or multiple-occupancy rooms will be made by the organizing committee. Coaches and other accompanying adults will be allocated to rooms as requested.

· Single rooms will incur a daily price supplement, which will vary according to the hotel chosen.

· It will be possible to extend the stay in all hotels, with additional nights charged at the nightly rate advertised by the chosen accommodation, subject to availability.

· CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION FOR TEAMS WITH ACCOMMODATION THROUGH MADCUP

In order to confirm their tournament registration and the reservation of their selected accommodation, clubs must make the following payments:

      · 1st payment: registration fee for each team
      · 2nd payment: 50 euros per player as a deposit for accommodation (*) This amount may vary depending on the accommodation selected
      · 3rd payment: remaining balance for accommodation (corresponding to the team’s remaining accommodation costs)
      · 4th payment: for teams requesting transport services and additional activities

Teams will be considered officially registered, and their tournament participation and accommodation reservations for this period confirmed, only once these fees have been paid in full. The amounts and payment dates are stated in the payment schedule section.

The reservation of the accommodation selected will be subject to availability.

Clubs may increase the number of players registered, subject to the squad size limits stated in the rules and regulations and the availability of accommodation, upon payment of accommodation fees. 

· CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION AND ACCOMODATION FOR TEAMS WITH THEIR OWN ACCOMMODATION (NOT PROVIDED BY MADCUP)

In order to confirm the registration of players with their own accomodation in the tournament, entry fees must be paid by clubs at the rate of 100 euros per player. Players will be considered officially registered, and their participation in the tournament and the grand celebration confirmed, only once these fees have been paid in full. Players or teams who have not paid their fees in full before the tournament begins may not participate. The amounts and payment dates are stated in the payment schedule section. Registration and proof of identity must be submitted to MADCUP online before June 1, 2022. If, for any reason, a player is unable to attend the event, the club may register another player in their place, submitting their details and proof of identity on the tournament website, before June 14, 2022.

Clubs may increase the number of players registered, subject to the squad size limits stated in the rules and regulations, upon payment of 100 euros per additional player.

· CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION FOR TEAMS NOT REQUIRING ACCOMMODATION

In order to confirm the registration of their players in the tournament, entry fees must be paid by clubs at the rate of 50 euros per player. Players will be considered officially registered, and their participation in the tournament and the grand celebration confirmed, only once these fees have been paid in full. Players or teams who have not paid their fees in full before the tournament begins may not participate. The amounts and payment dates are stated in the payment schedule section. Registration and proof of identity must be submitted to MADCUP online before June 1, 2021. If, for any reason, a player is unable to attend the event, the club may register another player in their place, submitting their details and proof of identity on the tournament website prior to the start of the tournament.

Clubs may increase the number of players registered, subject to the squad size limits stated in the rules and regulations, upon payment of 50 euros per additional player.

· IF A TEAM CANCELS ITS REGISTRATION:

In the event of the cancellation of the tournament on the part of MadCup, any fees paid will be refunded in full.
