The residence is on the main university campus located in the heart of Madrid, a few minutes from the Vicente Alexander metro station.

The rooms have all the necessary services to enjoy a pleasant stay. Rooms are available either in double rooms with bathroom included or in single rooms with a shared bathroom for two rooms.

The residence has a gym and self-service laundry with washing machines and dryers with payment by coins or App.

It has outdoor common areas with sport fields and a swimming pool, where teams can enjoy their free time.
